Impossible d'installer le module RTL8821CE (Exec format error)

Bonjour à tous,

Sur ce laptop j’avais réussi à faire fonctionner le wifi, puis lors d’un démarrage j’ai vu un message me disant que le BIOS a été réinitialisé. Depuis il est impossible de faire fonctionner le wifi.

J’ai désactivé le Secure Boot dans le BIOS.

L’erreur “exec format error”, ça ressemble à un mauvais format binaire du module généré par la compil, justement.
Indépendamment des infos à récupèrer dans les logs au moment du modprobe pour voir ce qui pêche, ça peut valoir le coup de tenter un dkms remove rtl8821ce puis un dkms install rtl8821ce

Solution : Je viens de faire la mise à jour vers le kernel 4.19.0-6-amd64 qui apparemment a été publié aujourd’hui, dkms a recompilé le module, et tout fonctionne.
