Souris TnB qui ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour,
Sur ma distribution Debian 11, j’ai voulu installer une souris sans fil TnB et elle fonctionne « parfois » ???
J’ai testé une souris logitech et une itworks qui fonctionne normalement.
lsusb donne pour cette souris TnB :
248a:8514 Maaster Wireless Receiver
alors que pour la souris itworks par exemple lsusb donne :
040b:2012 Weltrend Semiconductor 2.4 GHz Mouse

La souris ne fonctionne JAMAIS si le dongle est présent à l’allumage de l’ordinateur.
Mais parfois (et je dis bien parfois) le fait de retirer et de remettre le dongle dans la prise USB permet le fonctionnement. Mais c’est très très aléatoire, en fait on ne peut absolument pas compter dessus.
xserver-xorg-input-mouse est installé
solaar est installé
Avez vous eu ce problème ?
Faut-il installer un driver spécifique ?

il faudrait le détail de la partie lsusb.
De même quand tu la branche cela induit des traces dans dmesg et probablement aussi dans les logs.

Pour les récupérer dans une console tu lances en root: journalctl -f.
Tu ouvres une autre console.
Tu connecte la clef TnB, après quoi tu lance dans la deuxième console: dmesg. A la fin de celui-ci tu dois avoir des traces liées à ta clé.
Et dans la première console les logs systèmes dans journald.
Peux tu ensuite nous donner les deux résultat (juste les parties après branchement de la clé pour les deux).

Le plus incroyable est que suite à ces manipulations la souris s’est mise à fonctionner !

Depuis 3 allumages et la souris fonctionne même au démarrage,
il serait intéressant de comprendre pourquoi afficher les journaux et voir les messages du noyau peu faire ça !
il aurait une IA dans la distribution Debian ? :face_with_monocle:

peut etre un problème de connexion, un emise à jour qui s’est i nstallée depuis…
Il y avait aussi u ne confusion entre maaster et maaxter :wink:

Et bien non, cela ne fonctionne plus ce matin … et pas moyen de faire refonctionner en branchant et débranchant.

Quand je fais l"opération avec journalctl -f et dmesg et que je branche le dongle la souris se met à fonctionner .
Si je me déconnecte et me reconnecte la souris fonctionne.
En gros avoir le dongle branché sur l"ordinateur avant de l’allumer ne permet jamais de la faire fonctionner
Brancher le dongle alors que l’environnement de bureau est actif et taper « sudo dmesg » dans un terminal permet de la faire fonctionner.
Mais si je débranche le dongle et si je le rebranche dans le même port USB cela ne refonctionne pas même si je relance « sudo dmesg », par contre si je change de port USB et que je tape « sudo dmesg » la souris (re)fonctionne.
Si j’éteint physiquement l’ordinateur (plus de voyants allumé) et que je le « réallume » la souris ne fonctionne pas.
J’ai exactement le même fonctionnement avec cette souris TNB et un ordinateur MSI avec Ubuntu 24:04 (bureau Cinnamon).
Pour fonctionner les dongles des autres souris qu’on m’a prêtées ne nécessitent pas d"être branché et débranché lorsque l’environnement de bureau est établi. C’est d"ailleurs assez compliqué avec l’écran d’accueil sans la souris !
