Bonjour à tous,
Je me tourne vers vous pour trouver de l’aide concernant une webcam intégrée dans un écran HP w2558hc.
Je suis sous Debian Wheezy et, si j’ai bien compris, il semblerait que les drivers soient manquant.
D’après la fiche technique fournie avec le moniteur la webcam en question serait une Cyberlink Youcam.
Sur le site officiel de HP il n’y a pas de driver pour linux.
Sous Ubuntu 13.04 la webcam fonctionne sans problème mais pas sous Debian 7.
Ma question est donc "Où puis-je trouver les pilotes adéquat pour cette webcam?"

C’est exactement ça mon problème.
Je pense que le micro intégré ne fonctionne pas non plus (mystère!).
Je ne comprend pas pourquoi sous Ubuntu ça fonctionnait sans problème et pas sous Debian.
J’espère que quelqu’un ici va trouver une solution.
En effet … mais, perso, sur mon Dell, c’est pareil … rien qui ressort !

On arrive à comprendre que c’est ‘Microdia’, en croisant les numéros vendor et material : “0c45:6483” !

si ça fonctionnait avec ubuntu faudrait savoir aussi avec quel kernel et peut être upgrader le kernel.
Chez moi la commande egrep “cam” /var/log/kern.log ne renvoie absolument rien (bizarre!)!

Un “lsmod, lspci -nn, lsusb” depuis Ubuntu nous en dira plus…

L’écran est branché sur le PC par un câble HDMI.
Je vais tester cette commande et je reviens.

Je me suis trompé, 0c45:6483 c’était dans le lusb de PinguinPdt.
Mais d’après ton lsusb -v, ta webcam n’est pas reconnu.
